Express Injection Molding
At CNC Machining Express, we offer production mold tooling services with a mold tool that will need to run 1,000 to 100,000 parts a year over a number of years. Injection Mold tools can be built for production in our manufacturing facility in China or built and shipped to an international location.
Some notes on Injection molding: 1. Confirm trial-out part before start of mass production, 2. The standard mold that you require including materials, 3. Confirm everything before mass production to save time and cost, 4. Thickness of part should be less than 3mm.
