Express 3D Printed Parts

Our Express 3D printing technology offers both SLA and SLS  prototypes and parts.  Stereolithography (SLA) is an additive manufacturing technology which allows to print 3D models of your parts direct from your 3D CAD files in a matter of hours and works by fusing a liquid resin together via combination of computer controlled laser and mirror system. Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) is a 3D Printing additive manufacturing  technology that use a high power laser to fuse or sinter a powdered material (plastic or metal) together via a highly accurate computer controlled laser to create a solid structure. Recommended 3D CAD format for 3D printing is an STL file.

SLA material:GP60, somos 14120, ABS,  Printing size: 450x450x300mm,  Resolution:±0.05mm

SLS material: PA12, PA12+GF, PA+MF,  Printing size: 330x280x420mm,  Resolution:±0.1mm
